Antoine Rabeau Daudelin
P H O T O G R A P H E R
Antoine is a young dynamic photographer who finished a collegial formation in Cegep du Vieux Montreal (CVM) in 2012. He also has a diploma in Arts and Letters Cinema from the Joliette's college. It's there he got his passion for photography, when he had to make a photo report. Antoine chose the provincial's elections of 2008 and few photos were in an exhibition in the Musée d'Art de Joliette (Joliette's Art Museum).
During his studies in photography, Antoine would have participate to few scholar's exhibitions, like the First year one and the one who concluded three years of study. This one was in the Ateliers Jean-Brillant, in Montreal, in 2012.
In 2010, with other photographers, he would have made an exhibition in the L'Évidence restaurant, still in Montreal. In 2014, with ex-students and current ones from the CVM, he had 2 pictures in the Pastiche exhibition, where he reproduced two pictures of the well-known Quebecer photographer Antoine Désilet.
He also had some affectations with the CVM photojournalist's website CHamps Libres, photos and articles could be seen here (in French only). It'S also interesting to say that one of his pictures was into the newspaper Le Devoir (also in French).
His work speeks for itself. People are his images' soul, he likes to see human's life, human's soul in his lens.
Since 2011, he likes street photography. He did, by the way, a photographic project on this subject for a class during his studies. Antoine will continue to photograph the world while he go out in Montreal or Longueuil, walking and observing people around him. The personnal work section testify of that.
Photography is stopping time
